Martha and I have lived in our new house in Willow Creek for almost 3 years and have been amazed that we have had very few even minor problems with anything going wrong in the house. February 18, 2017 will be the third anniversary of our closing-date. We really appreciate the excellent service we initially received from Nick in resolving any minor problems that had to be corrected. He was very thorough and fixed any problems with only one visit. It was rare for us to have to call him back a second time. Finally, I still walk through the house and make comments to Martha about how much I like the layout and the square footage. Buying this house was a great decision made in early 2014. We both look forward to many more years of living in Willow Creek!!! Thanks.

In comparison to other builders, we found that Finer Homes' standard features were considered upgrades for other builders in the area, affording us more opportunity for genuine upgrades. Finer Homes may be a smaller-named builder as it is family owned and run, but definitely doesn't compromise on quality. Most impressive was the turn-around time, signing a contract to start building on Valentine's Day and closing just 3 months later on May 26th! I have and will continue to recommend Finer Homes to anyone in the market to build.

We happened upon the Finer Homes Magnolia model & fell in love with the floor plan. After going in and speaking with them it felt like the perfect fit for us. Everyone was very genuine & friendly. They didn't have any problems making the changes to the floor plan that we wanted. We love our home that we are in today & are very grateful for all the hands that helped make it possible!
